Didn't lose last week, was a little disappointed but then really I didn't gain either so still a win.
It's hard to keep motivated when you don't lose big or often...but as long as it's not gaining then I have to consider myself still on track!
Had a good week really...a few minor slip ups but nothing detrimental, also managed to acquire an exercise bike to use on non-gym days...so will be doing some form of exercise everyday from now on...so should start seeing some nice results soon...if not on the scales...then in my measurements surely!
Note to self...It's not all about the scales!
