Wagon gone...

Fell off the wagon a while back...but so much so that it up and left without me...
Have been away long enough to rebuild my own wagon and I am back on again.

Last week was back in to gym routine...hard work when you ahve been out for so long, but really appreciating it this week...no it's time for food planning and keeping track.

Fingers crossed I can reach my first mini goal by christmas...


Not a loss...but still a win!

Didn't lose last week, was a little disappointed but then really I didn't gain either so still a win.
It's hard to keep motivated when you don't lose big or often...but as long as it's not gaining then I have to consider myself still on track!

Had a good week really...a few minor slip ups but nothing detrimental, also managed to acquire an exercise bike to use on non-gym days...so will be doing some form of exercise everyday from now on...so should start seeing some nice results soon...if not on the scales...then in my measurements surely!

Note to self...It's not all about the scales!

    You are right, it's not all about the scale! Remember that even though you might not have a big loss, you were able to maintain!!! For me, maintaining is harder than losing!

'Bums & Tums' class HURTS!!!

After recently re joining the gym, I went to my first 'Bums & Tums' class in about 8 months....and OMG...I had forgotten how much it hurts at the time!
Not feeling to bad right now, but am a little worried about how I might feel tomorrow!...Oh well at least tomorrow is rest day!...Phew!

Actually didn't feel too bad on Saturday morning so all geared up to go again this week!

Hope your program kicks off well today (Monday!)...I got to gym today and gave it heaps...burnt off a good 518cals in one session!...Good effort for me!

    Sounds like what I need! :) Ibuprofen helps, and lots of water!

Good for you for getting to a class! I am going to kick my exercise program into gear beginning Monday. I know it's the missing element, why I'm losing so slowly.

Tomorrow is the big birthday party... wish me luck on not eating too many cupcakes! ;)

Started back at the gym this week, the first day was a bit of a shock to the system! But will be good in the end...has been a while since I was last there..can't believe how unfit I have gotten! Food plan working out well too, not hungry...and heaps of water! yay!
