I did very well with everything except the exercise. I totally spaced it, I was so involved in getting the stuff done for card club so I wasn't rushing at the last minute on Tuesday that I didn't even think about it until this morning. (And I still didn't get everything done for the card anyway!) UGH! I was trying so hard to be good. Well, I can't beat myself up, I can't change the past, I can only change the future, right?! So onward and upward! lol
Today's goals are:
1. Stay under 1500 calories
2. Drink 10 glasses of water
3. Finish preparing for card club
4. Strength training--50 wall pushups, 50 squats, 50 sit ups, and 25 leg lifts on each leg
5. Get one serving/plate of food at card club and make it stretch throughout the night and that's it!
I can do this!!! Just like last week, I can enjoy it without having to pig out on it. I can have one serving of ANYTHING I want, but I just have to keep it to one serving size, not 5!!! lol I need to stick to it to meet my goals for this month and getting over this plateau. I cannot continue to justify it with this is a party or I will just do better tomorrow, NO! I have to do and be better TODAY! I can do this (and so can you!!!) :-) Have a great day everyone!
