Oh boy, I thought Monday and Tuesday were hard, but the week has only gotten harder. I won't go into details, I don't have the time or energy.
As for yesterday...I think I got my water in, but who knows, seems so long ago. lol I screwed up big time with #2, but apparently not bad enough because my weight was down from Wednesday morning. lol No exercise, was not home long enough to do that. I did get the church visits done and the email sent out.
1. Drink 10 glasses of water
2. Exercise for at least 10 minutes
3. Get two freezer meals made
