August 2 Goals

For yesterday I completed both goals. They weren't lofty by any means but they were what I needed. I had a meeting at church last night that was great, but I kindof wish it had been another day so I could have taken a nap or lounged a bit more. It's all good though. lol

For today:
1. Drink 10 glasses of water
2. Exercise for at least 10 minutes and get at least 7000 steps
3. Household goals: Finish cleaning off pile on scrapbook papers, have FHE, put together Avon orders.

I know I should probably do more but I am not sure what right this minute. I may add some more later. We'll see. :-)

August 1 Goals

I got all my water drank yesterday. I only ate 1/2 of my meal at dinner. But I should have told myself only 1 piece of pizza at DS's friend's b-day party. I do so well when I decide (and write it down) ahead of time. Then I don't I tend to go crazy. I got the card made for the wedding and I think it turned out ADORABLE!!! I kindof card-lifted my friend's idea and then put my own twist on it (because I don't have an embossing folder, I stamped on it instead). I will post on my scrapbook blog sometime this week. And I got the invites and sign up sheets done. Pretty good if you ask me, especially considering it was DH's birthday and we spent a lot of time together.

Sunday's goals:
1. Drink 8 glasses of water
2. Rest and read

Then tomorrow I will get back at it quickly! :-)


July 31 Goal

Well today is my DH's birthday. So again I am going to keep my goals simple. Yesterday I got 8 glasses of water. I was around 1350 calories. I didn't get any birthday cards made, but I used two from my stash and got them signed and mailed. lol :-) I did 15 mins on my gazelle. :-)

For today:
1. Drink 10 glasses of water
2. Only eat 1/2 of my meal at DH's birthday dinner tonight at Outback
3. Get card made for wedding
4. Get reminder cards made for women's meeting and print out sign up sheets.

I should have done more of this yesterday but I felt in a daze yesterday. My main focus was getting through the day, talking to my dad and making sure the baby and my son were okay. Hopefully I can get a few things done this afternoon before we go out to dinner. :-)


July 30 Goals

Review...#1 I think I only got about 7 :-( rough day. #2--none :-( #3 DONE!! woohoo! lol At least I did something. I got two confetti meatloafs made and put in the freezer. The rest of the day was spent on the phone with family trying to deal with more issues than I can count. But on the good side I lost 1.8 pounds!!!!!! :-) Which helps me meet my weight loss goal for the month of 4 pounds!!! I actually got 4.6!!! YAY Only 15.8 to go by my birthday! :-)

Today is my scrapbook day so here goes:
1. Drink 10 glasses of water
2. Stay under 1500 calories
3. Get two birthday cards made
4. Exercise for 15 mins

If I can get that done I will be happy with all that is going on. Have a good Friday and a good weekend!

July 29 Goals

Oh boy, I thought Monday and Tuesday were hard, but the week has only gotten harder. I won't go into details, I don't have the time or energy.

As for yesterday...I think I got my water in, but who knows, seems so long ago. lol I screwed up big time with #2, but apparently not bad enough because my weight was down from Wednesday morning. lol No exercise, was not home long enough to do that. I did get the church visits done and the email sent out.

For today:
1. Drink 10 glasses of water
2. Exercise for at least 10 minutes
3. Get two freezer meals made

That's it.
