9:05 a.m.
Today started good - down 1/2 lb from yesterday, BUT the cramps are starting. I'm GOING TO keep the cravings under control (especially with driving by Roy Roger's tonight!). The next step will be trying to stop the evening snack (usually a whole bag of microwave popcorn). I'm sure that isn't helping - it ends with me going over the calorie range. It's just really hard when you are hungry (and you LOVE popcorn!).

    I agree.... I love popcorn too, and those 100 cal bags are great. If nothing, it stops you from continuing to mindlessly eat at 100 calories instead of 600...

    Hey hang in there and get some 100 calorie bags of that pop corn..I like the kettle corn flavor, plus it is a great source of fiber!

Back to the 2 lbs to go status

8:45 a.m. -

So I stepped on the scale this morning and what do I see - back down to the weight I was last week - and again - 2 lbs to go until I'm down to the weight I was back in March 2008.

Will it stick this week? Who knows, I'm going to try though! I was starving last night and ended up eating popcorn about 9 p.m. I really need to get some better snacks for late at night. Of course, we haven't done some "real" grocery shopping in awhile (since before vacation in early Sept.). I just don't feel like it. So we've just been getting the staples we need weekly (bread, milk and anything else) then living on the stockpile.

This is what happens when a couple works different shifts and don't really have dinners together (except maybe on the weekend).

at least that's good news!

I'm feeling pretty good today and trying to stay motivated/get motivated at work. I have a lot of paperwork to do.

Let's see if I can get the weight down this week. It's "that" week, so it'll be a challenge. If I at least do well this week and it doesn't show in the numbers, it will show next week once the PMS is gone. I'm lucky in that I don't have major cravings or PMS EVERY month. Only once in a while.

Just check out my food log and you'll see why! At least I kept moving yesterday. Walked Pups, yardwork (I was sweating and sore afterwards) and then we went to an outdoor event so there was more walking there.

Not feeling too great this morning. Obviously the yardwork got to my sinuses. My head has been hurting since last night.

Hubby is going to the neighbors today and I'm sure they will be cooking out too. I may just stay home - at least I have an excuse and it will keep me from overeating!

5 p.m.
My tummy does not feel well - I think too much sinus medicine. Or maybe too many poptarts! LOL. I had some soup for lunch - at that time, I felt fine. I layed down for awhile and now, the tummy doesn't feel good.

BLAH.
