Something has clicked mentally.
I look at the Sparkpeople calorie range and when I TRY to be in that range - I'M STARVING and end up overeating. When I was on WW, they started you at one range and as your weight went down, your range goes down.
So, I have figured out the number of calories I should eat for each 5 lbs range and I'm going to use those as my calorie goals.
Today, the goal is for the weight of 195lbs - 2,730. Once I get to 195, I will use the 190lb calorie goal until I get there, and so forth.
I think I have missed this being stated on here. I have been trying to eat what the range is and then I'm out of control in the evening.
Here goes nothing!
