Hey, how are you? I think most people struggle with how they look no matter how much work and effort they put in. I think you should focus on your health, your energy and on everything you are doing to make yourself a fit healthy person! Strength training does burn fat. The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn. Combine that with cardio and you will be the healthiest person around and strength training also helps prevent osteoporosis. I do a program called Chalean Extreme, it comes with 8 dvd's, nutritional plan, extra turbo jam workout on one of the dvd's and even resistance bands if you don't feel comfortable right away with lifting weights. On the dvd's are some strength training and some cardio workouts, they are amazing. i know how that is! it's like, back before you lost all the weight, you would have killed to have the body you have now! ...but now that you're there, it still doesn't seem like enough. atleast that's what i go through. i think i've decided this comes from the fact that i've worked my butt off and now i feel like my body should appear 'in shape'. the only way we can get there is by weight training (which im totally clueless about). if you're interested, jamie eason is starting a program on monday, it's called livefit. you can find it on bodybuilding.com. she lays out everything including workouts, meal plans and supplements (which i'm debating). she swears if you follow her routine, you'll lose body fat and start looking lean. might be worth a look? : )

I am sure you look pretty good, you have lost so much weight! To tone up, make sure you are doing strength training a couple times a week. Do squats and lunges to help tone your legs. Running and kickboxing are also great leg workouts. I enjoy doing Turbo Fire, it's a great intense workout (I am on hiatus now because I am pregnant - but I will be doing it again afterwards). For abs, make sure you are doing ab work a couple times a week. I just do different types of crunches. A good overall toning workout is Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones. Good luck!! Hey Yall!! Okay.. So I have been a little MIA.. but I haven't lost track of what I am here for.. TO LOSE WEIGHT AND FEEL GREAT!! :) .. I still don't know what is wrong with my blogs they wont let me add pictures anymore which is making me super mad!! so I can't add my vacay pics OR my mom's surprise party pics on a blog.. SO I have added a few in my pictures on my profile so check them out! :) ..
SO.. as most of you know I keep kids but now my niece is 3 and my brother and sister in law are wanting to put her in Pre-K and well- SHE GOT IN!!! she starts aug. 22... makes me super sad but I am happy for her because she is soo smart and will learn alot. The other little boy I keep is 4 and is supposed to start pre-k sometime.. HE on the other hand is such a handful BUT I LOVE HIM and always will..... BUT I got a job offer and I am going to take it even if he doesn't get in.. It will be more money than i am making now - etc.
OKAY SOOO.. now to weight loss.. I am losing at an awesome rate and I am proud BUT I still look at myself sometime and I am not happy with myself. I pin-point things out about myself that I wish that I could change. ---- MY LEGS--- I don't know what to do about them.. I am short --- 4'11 and they are short LOL.. and stubby and to me they look FAT and FLABBY and I don't know what to do about them... I don't wear shorts--- I rarely wear dresses..... does anyone have any suggestions on what to do about these legs! I mean if I could lose these flabby legs and get some lean toned legs I feel like I really would feel better.... Tyler and his brother and a couple other people want to go to a big water park in a couple weeks and I am soooo self-conscious about them that I don't even want to go.. wearing shorts and constantly pulling them down u know.. lol.. not fun.. IDK if there's something else I could wear that would look cuter for NOW and make me look slimmer for NOW LOL.. anyways!!!.. sorry for this long crazy RANDOM blog..

Congrats on the job offer, what kind of work is it? Good luck, whatever you do! I agree on the tan thing, tan always looks better and makes you look thinner, try Mystic Tan, spray tan, no UV, safe & quick. You'll look adorable either way ;)

You are so freakin' adorable. Congratulations on the new job offer. Hope you love the new job as much as you love watching your 2 cuties. I'm sure your legs look fine... (how would we know without pictures though, right??) I always feel more comfortable with my ugly parts when they are tanned. Start using a sunless tanning lotion now & your legs should be hotttt! by the time you need to wear a swimsuit. (by the way, no one is really looking at your legs anyway... they are worrying about #1 their own legs & #2 having fun.) I KNOW that Tyler thinks you are gorgeous. Hey glad to hear to you are losing at a great pace. I know the feeling of looking in the mirror and being self conscious about things you see. I also hate my legs but I am a bit taller (5'8"). I wear a lot of capris and that helps with the whole thigh thing. When picking out clothing you want to make sure it fits properly. I frequently find myself forcing myself into a pair of pants that is just a little tight. Problem is then I deal with mushroom top over the top and I am uncomfortable. I bought a new pair of slacks the other day. A size bigger than I would normally mainly because they didn't have anything smaller and they were on clearance for $3. When I tried them on they were a PERFECT fit and did more to make me look slimmer than any of my tighter clothes in the smaller sizes.
