Here it is almost Halloween..and what have I accomplished this fast paced month?Have I love any unwanted flab..?? some..Have I gained a greater appreciation for Spark ..? A resounding YES!!
I do appreciate Spark, for the following reasons; I can log on 24/7. They don't judge me; I can post my food intake easily and effortlessly; I can track my exercise, again, easy and effortlessly; Read uplifting motivating articles..that encourage me to eat correctly, be healthier, enjoy the journey; great healthy recipes; and a zillion other reasons..all at no cost.
We are so blessed to have Spark..Thank you all who contribute to this site..to make it the best tool for weight loss and gaining a happier/healthier life.!.

Where has the summer gone? And I was going to be 30 lbs lighter..I am not. Actually I have yo yoed and I am where I began..almost the same weight. I whine alot about this reality..but have no one to point a finger at , but ME!!
Now to get down to the nitty gritty..NOW IS MY TIME!! I have struggled up and down all last winter, spring, summer and NOW IS MY TIME TO GET MY HEAD OUT OF THE SAND..and get serious about my life.
How am I going to do this challenge..Starting with exercise. I am going to up that..with more bike riding and walking.
Next is the big one..eating right. I have to stick to a eating plan that will be best for me and be do able. I know all the tricks..but implementing them is the key..What has worked in the past..and what is not working in the present.
I am working on a program for the next 30 days of transitioning. Wish me blessings..I need them..Hope you are all doing well and keeping on task..
