I am excited to share that exercise is becoming a part of my daily life. I don't think with dread ..like I used to. I just do it..one of the first things off my daily to do list.
First I get on the recumbent bike..which I do for 30 to 35 min..I vary at 5 min. intervals..today I began with a 9..and then jumped down to 3, up to 7, down to 5 ..etc. I watch one of my favorite shows on tv..Price is Right while biking..Then into the spare bedroom where I have the mini trap set up..doing 5 min. on that little darling.
Feeling good about me is one of my rewards..I am 67 yrs old..the last I weighted in it was 244 lbs. Eating 1200 cal. a day and literally enjoying fruits and veggies more than ever..I am on a ROLL..for a happier life.
For so many years I just couldn't get past the," woe is me and discouraged lifestyle". Now I am doing it..I feel so excited... Thanks to the Lord..He is my strength and salvation. I love the Lord.
