Today is baking of bread..I got the wheat ground and everything is poured into the mixer..except for yeast and more flour..Waiting for 30 min. to have the flour that is in mixer absorb moisture..so the end product won't be crumbly.
Too I am mixing up a non cooking breakfast oatmeal . You are supposed to add all the ingredients to jars..shake, refrigerate , and eat 8 to 24 hrs. later..Sounds good and convenient..
After breakfast and forming/baking bread..I am working on laundry and quilting. Plus, somewhere along the line I need to do my recumbent biking.
