Today was a good one. I walked 2 miles with Leslie Sansone which has cardio and resistance components to it. For me that's a stretch so I can hardly get through the 2 miles, but I persevered and made it. This afternoon I did 2 miles on the treadmill so that was good to help burn a few more calories and hopefully some of it fat. We are still unpacking and getting settled from our Florida trip and I need to do some housecleaning tomorrow. Hope to break through this plateau tomorrow as well. I am still reading The Spark and learning not only about fitness but about goal setting for my life as well! It is perfect as I am exploring what I want to do next...not what I have to do. I am so grateful for you my fellow Sparkers so thanks once again for your support. It means a lot. Take care and I'll be talking with you tomorrow.
