Day 4 - Old Firm and Power 90 rotations

I have kept up with the Old Firm 90 day rotation thus far and 1 day behind on Power 90. Yesterday did Tough Tape and the day before about died with Core Cardio I. I was so tired I had to check how much time was left in the workout. It made me really appreciate the counter in Power 90. I've done Phase 1-2 Sculpt and Cardio/Abs once and will continue tonight. So far so good except I had work issues last night and didn't go to bed until 1:30. So, tonight will be a true challenge. But trying to be accountable to myself as well as all of you!

Day 1 - Old Firm and Power 90

Today I started a 90 day rotation of the Old Firm Videos and Power 90. The old Firm workout was Bust and Butt (lots of Hover squats and push ups), followed by 5 day abs. Later in the afternoon, I also did Power 90 Sculpt level 1-2. My arms are feeling sore already!!

Started Turbo Jam Today

Started Turbo Jam today - did the Learn and Burn video and the 20 minute workout. This burned 269 calories - excellent workout!!! Looking forward to tomorrow's workout.

1650 calorie threshold

About a month ago, this was my goal, I've almost made it a couple times. On Saturday night, I was about 120 calories from making it. So, at 10 PM, went to exercise again to finish the goal for the week. What a great feeling!!!

Starting walking program

The walking program is great - started today outside - walked the dog 20 minutes. In addition, have been doing at least 60 minutes of cardio per day for other days in the week. Cardio has included Firm, Tai Bo, and old Kathy Smith videos. Has been fun to go back to the old videos. The walking was much easier than I thought it would be.

    That is so wonderful! I love the firm workouts, you really can feel the burn! Have you tried Leslie Sanone??? Really nice in home walking program. I discovered her this year and been walking with her almost every morning. Good luck and Best wishes~Karo
