Wow. I went nearly 10 days without Mexican food. Today I splurged, and stayed within calories. Also gained all the protein I needed. Sweet!
Excellent. Good breakfast. Started the day off right.
Whew, I thought I was going to be under calories again, but, with a snack, got back into the calorie range.
Ooops! Second day this week that I did not get enough calories!!
Three days this week - I have eaten enough protein!! WooHoo!
