I started the day very well, but when I got home I had to compose and exam for my college students, and ate the wrong stuff. Still within calories, but, WOW.
Had breakfast, salad for lunch, and meat for dinner. Still can't get enough protein. Hmmmm.
Started pretty well today. However, we went to the movie and I ate popcorn and drank a soda. Oh,well. Still within calories.
Pot roast is in the oven, football on the TV, and family around. Good day!
