Well, I have been at work for 5.5 hours now, and I have been productive. Slowly, because I have a minor fever, but productive none the less.
My food is within all boundaries. My last seven days still looks good. The dailies are still problematic in carbs (low) and sodium (high), but the weekly average is within range. I find that eating meals made at home are far less likely to have high sodium counts. I have amped up the carbs through rice and beans. They work nicely to get the carbs number up.
I do not feel like going to the gym (fever), so I will, when I get home, do some lightweight dancing to slowish music, and try to get those 8000 steps in that way. No pushing. Just dancing a bit.

Today I got up late and did not have time for breakfast. Grabbed an oatmeal bar and took off for church.
I H ATE getting up late. But does that change my habits? NO!!
However, I did eat the lunch I had planned.
So, some progress today.

yes, yes. I know. I am running late. But I had a HUGE project in mind when I decided to take the Christmas decorations down this weekend.
But, since my word for this year is: Stewardship, I decided that I had to take things well into hand, once again.
The last time that I did an inventory/sort of my Thanksgiving/Christmas decorations was well over 12 years ago - before we moved to this house.
Plus, I have become lazy about getting all the boxes up from the basement every year.
So, I asked my middle daughter to help me. She is bringing boxes up from the basement, and I have carved out some space in the family room to take all things apart, inventory, and repack them in smaller moving boxes. I expect to go from 6 large boxes to 12 medium boxes.
Meanwhile, I am getting some good walking in, going between boxes!

Calories: met range 4 times, under range 3 times
Fat: met range 5 times, under range 1 time, over range 1 time
Protein: met 3 times, under 4 times
Carbohydrates: met 4 times, under 3 times
However, I was within the range on EVERYTHING on a weekly basis. Ever so barely on protein. WHEW!

Today was a good day at work. Although I had only one court hearing, I was able to spend some quality time with my legal assistant. We worked through some procedural matters, discussed how to approach a routine problem, and celebrated a few successes.
That is, I think, a very good thing!
So far, I am doing well on exercise, food intake, and attitude today. I did, however, have one of those weird "heavy tired" events on the way home, and decided to take a nap when I arrived home. Thus: dinner is NOT simmering on the stove, yet.
