I am not quite my good, old sparkly self, but am clearly on the mend. I can concentrate on the task at hand (whateve that is).
SO . . . I am making plans for my meals during next week. I have examined the refrigerator, my list of used items from November, and my bank account. The shopping will occur on Monday. I think I will have asparagus, green beans, onions, avocados, and salad greens as my vegetable/fruit base for the week. One steak, some ground chuck, chicken breast, and stew meat. I have all the spices in order. I am going to try a recipe (not found yet) that uses ground ginger.
