It has been a long while that I have been on this site. I am still struggling with my weight and here I am back at Sparkpeople. I have been going to school that took most of my time along with my husband and my five kids to take care of. I decided there has to some way that I can squeeze in some exercise. I have been walking for the past eight days and it reminds me of how good my body can feel if I get physical. Now I want it more than ever. I find myself thinking of exercising all day long and how I can squeeze in some time to do a few moves. I am feeling the same way I felt when I had lost the weight after my first born and I have a very good feeling about it this time. I have not gotten on the scale yet but I have changed my diet for the past three months and lost 1 pound and is super excited because if I can lose one pound just by changing my diet, I can lose more by exercising along with it. We do not realize that stress and the many every day tasks that we have to do can be obstacles when it comes to taking care of our bodies. We are the ones that need to work with them.
