I had weighed myself on Saturday and the scale read 170lbs. I was devastated. It was a great motivator to get me started on my eating plan, but I couldn't believe I weighed that much!! Then, this morning, I thought I would try again since it was evening when I weighed on Saturday. When I stepped on nothing happened. The battery was dead, so I replaced it and when I tried again, the scale read 162.4!!! I was shocked and amazed!!! It is still more than I want to weigh, but at least it's less than Saturday's weigh-in.
So, if you notice some my weight tracker being different, I am using this morning's weigh-in as my starting weight.
