I vowed to stay away from pizza, popcorn, ice cream, chocolate, etc for the next two weeks and it has not been too hard. ( We, basically, have none in the house right now.) But that didn't keep me away from sweets. The other day I had a bagel thin with cinnamon and butter and a bowl of Cheerios with sugar. Is that cheating? I felt guilty afterward, so I guess I considered that to be junk food. What do you think?
