I am a recovering junk food junkie. I'm not saying that I'm perfect but I "indulge" a lot less. In fact, some fast food restaurants totally gross me out right now. Last year, at this time, I often ran through the drive-through and ate while traveling between schools. NO LONGER! Last year, when I bothered to go out with friends, I would eat whatever I felt like, and usually too much of it. NO LONGER! Now, when we go out for Asian (my favorite) I head for items that are heavy on the veggies. Last year, I drank pop every day. NO LONGER! Now, I have (maybe) one pop a week. Last year, I would eat a whole bag of M and M's in one sitting (a big bag). NO LONGER! Now, when I bother to have chocolate, I have a one serving size bag.
I'm so pleased with my progress...... !
