It's December, and time to update my goals. I like to keep my goals short and sweet. That way it is easier for me to remember them and I can be more flexible.
1. Track food and exercise.
2. Stay within calorie range.
3. Eat enough fruits/veggies.
4. Exercise 30-60 minutes daily.
5. Visit my SparkFriends daily.
6. Keep a positive attitude.
7. Read more (and not just novels).
