Can you ever get too much barbecue? I think not. We are a real barbecue family. My husband is the expert and I help with the grunt work. Yesterday it was ribs and today it is chicken. If we want to see out kids, we call them with the promise of barbecue and they come running. Today we are having macaroni (for the younger set), a huge salad, corn on the cob (cooked over the grill of course), baked beans (family recipe), a strawberry/pineapple salad, veggies with hummus and crab dips, and grean beans. We often skip dessert; who need it! Lots of calories without it.
