Today will be the hardest challenge that I've had in a long time.
We are going on vacation soon and am back to one pound from my goal weight. My challenge is that I have two meal "dates" today. The first one will happen at lunch. A friend of mine visiting (from out-of-town) and we're going to lunch with friends. The second challenge will happen at dinner. It's hubby's birthday and my mom is taking us out to dinner.
I've resolved to have a salad for lunch, double veggies with my meal, NO frivolous side dishes, and no desserts. It might sound boring but, as I am highly motivated, I CAN DO IT!
