BLC 22 Goals

I wanted to put down my goals for the next 12 weeks:
1 - lose 24 lbs - ave of 2 a week
2 - cut down on sugar
3 - track my food everyday
4 - exercise for 30 min at least 5x a week
5 - track my food every day
- so far, tracking my food has been very eye opening!!! - no wonder i haven't been able to lose any weight - i eat 24/7 and its not good stuff!! in the last week, i think before i bite! - and instead of opening a bag of chips or cookies - i've been eating watermellon, strawberries or green beans right when i get home from when and I'm hungry!!! - tracking has made a huge difference - and now i have the app right on my phone so I can track everything - everyday!!!

Day 1

Day 1 of BLC 22 was pretty good! - I was down 2lbs this am emoticon from last week (when I first started tracking my food!) - so that was a great way to start off the challenge! - went to a delicious place for lunch and was able to skip dessert
(had soup and salad - still delicious!) emoticon emoticon yum! Kept my portions small at dinner - my weak spot was my water! - I've been very good about having 8 glasses for the past couple of weeks but today, didn't stay focused - will do better tomorrow -
ended my day with 20 min of crossfit workout - great sweat!!!! will get up before work tomorrow for a jog.
this is my first time blogging - EVER - i hope to keep it up emoticon

    great 1st blog. My husband and I got some of those Tupperware jugs that hold 32oz of water and mark each 8 and keep 1 with us at all times. It helps.

    CROSSFIT? Do you crossfit a lot? I love crossfit- I have actually never been to a crossfit gym/box but my sister has had wonderful success doing it. Living in rural South Dakota makes it a little harder. It is on bucket list of things to do. Great job on your healthy choices! emoticon

    emoticon start! Maybe try using a water bottle you keep beside you during the day to help increase your water intake? I carry one everywhere.. but then again, I live in AZ, and it's HOT.

And crossfit, wow! emoticon
