okay well week on of insanity done! it went by way quicker than i thought it would. Today i had major fatigue while i was doing my workout and really didn't think i was going to make it through. i had to pause the video half way through and stop for about a minute. after that it was back to the races and finished the video. i have become more and more excited for the after work=out shower because insanity = major sweat!

tomorrow is my day off from working out and i couldn't be happier. my body defs needs a break. just need to make sure i eat healthy and go for a little walk or something.

anyway week one is done so im pumped

today was total cardio. it was really crazy! it was very intense. i loved that even the athletic people sitting out on the video. i am feeling really good right now. yesterday and today were hard just because of how busy they were, but made it through

well i did the plyometric cardio circuit today and it was hard!!! i was defiantly sweating and really just wanna have a shower! i don't love working out but i love how i feel after i work out. its a very relaxing and awake sorta feeling. i love knowing that i worked my muscles and i cannot wait to have more strength and energy.

The workout i did today was obviously cardio but it was cool because the goal was to get faster and faster each round. i like that there is a 30 second break between circuits because there is no way i would have been able to make it through.

eating today has been going great. i made a smoothie and put carrots in it, never again! i would much rather just eat a carrot ;) other than that the smoothie was good.

day two was a success now only 60 days to go on the insanity workout! emoticon

so i didnt do as well as i would have liked over this last winter. i was really hoping to keep goals but i defs did not. i feel as though i didnt really have a plan for loosing weight just a kinda let go do it attitude. so over the last month i really took some time to make a plan. life gets crazy busy for me around this time of year however that cannot stop me from doing what i know is best for me. so i have a plan and hopefully this time i will stick to it.

i started the insanity workout today and only another 61 days to go. it was a hard workout but i made it though day one. im really excited to see myself get stronger. i kinda have a different perspective on exercise meaning, its not just to loose weight. i also am making a huge goal to eat healthier anyway today was the start of something new and exciting.
