so i didnt do as well as i would have liked over this last winter. i was really hoping to keep goals but i defs did not. i feel as though i didnt really have a plan for loosing weight just a kinda let go do it attitude. so over the last month i really took some time to make a plan. life gets crazy busy for me around this time of year however that cannot stop me from doing what i know is best for me. so i have a plan and hopefully this time i will stick to it.
i started the insanity workout today and only another 61 days to go. it was a hard workout but i made it though day one. im really excited to see myself get stronger. i kinda have a different perspective on exercise meaning, its not just to loose weight. i also am making a huge goal to eat healthier anyway today was the start of something new and exciting.
