Not going to be easy

Saturday, May 01, 2010

worked really hard yesterday to clean off porch n yard so that i can FINALLY set up treadmill that has been sitting in my yard for months. felt real stupid when i couldnt make it run on its own. But OMG if i plug it in it works. LMAO
Need to get a new extension cord so that it is plugged in full time. I went out there and walked on it for ten minutes. I know not enough. Just getting started. I know this road is not going to be easy, But I am willing to do it with Soli so that her and I are healthy. I love her so much and i am so scared for her right now. Weight plus nose bleeds all week. two Er visits and she weights more then I do. I am so ashamed of myself. How can I allow her to get so big? I portion and buy healthy but if she is not willing to work what should i do?

I am going online for deals on Natural foods. If anyone knows of any good sites. Please help me! I know there is a lot on here, but i have to show her that it is not just her. this is OUR battle together.

10 minutes is good!!! It is really great! As you get used to it, it will become easier and you can walk for longer. I have faith in you and Soli that you both can do this. Just believe in yourselves and have lots of patience with each other and yourselves.

Good you are getting on the wagon! You cannot "make" Soli, she must decide for herself, BUT you can be a good example! Go girl!

It sounds like you are on the right path. I started on my weight loss journey by just walking 10 minutes and gradually built up the time & distance from there. I was walking up to 4 miles a day several days a week until I had back surgery 8 weeks ago. I know you can do this!!! Just take it slow & easy.

As far as foods go, I usually cook up a batch of brown rice, some veggies and chicken breasts on Sunday. Then I portion out what I am going to eat the next day and just mix them all together in one bowl. It is easier to reheat that way & less dishes to wash. Good luck to both of you on your weight loss journey.

it has been a while since I have been on. I got like 6 comments on my sp page and wanted to update everyone.

I have been busy working on Christian Plays seeing as how I am the Drama Director at my church. We just did our first skit on Sunday called The Welcome. I am so proud of my teens at church. They all worked hard and did a wonderful job.

I threw my back out last week again and this one was the worse one yet. I am getting better though.

My cousin moved to El Paso Texas last week from PA. We took the kids up on Friday and stood til Saturday evening and came home. Yesterday morning my husband and a bunch of co workers went to Nashville for training. With all that said you can see that i have been a busy lil bee. I went into town today to get clothes for the kids and see if i can get help with filling our propane tank. It is so expensive anymore. But I know that God will Provide, He ALWAYS DOES.

Hope you all are doing ok. May you all be blessed this week and I hope to hear from u all soon. Tania

I hope all is well and your babies are back on their feet! I know that in times like these, it's easy to forget ourselves. Our devotion as mother's takes over and we put everything else by the wayside. Just remember that you are important too and you don't have to make poor decisions while under duress. Think before you act when it comes to you and you will come out on the winning side of this, as will your children. Good luck and God bless!

It has been a long week. I know that there is a lot to do on here. I am on n off all the time and i am trying to get better.

This week Soli has been home most of the week because she has been vomiting all week. She tried to go to school yesterday and i had to pick her up. She woke up in her own vomit again last night. We have taken her to the doctors and she has to see a specialist in the 25th. Hoping all goes well. Please keep my lil girl in ur prayers. Thank you.... Tania

Can't wait

Sunday, January 31, 2010

I can not wait to go to church tonight. Evangelist Terri Trip will be there preaching tonight.

He came last year and it was an awesome service. I know that he and his family are doing wonderful work with their ministry in India. They built a Church/school for all of the kids that can not go to school and church.

I will post more after service tonight.

Last week we have Evangelist Brother and Sister Rose come and have Revival here in Benson. It was filled with blessings, healing and praises to HIM. I made sure that I didn't miss a day. I was fed spiritually and It was a long time coming.

Thank You Jesus for all you have done for me and all that you will do.
