Ever since I came back from my trip to MN, I've been having a tough time staying on track. I think I have a major case of burn out on everything - from my job, to my band, to my gallery - and that is effecting my dedication to Spark as well. Hm. ![]()

The best thing you could probably do is get yourself to the gym, or at least out for a walk/jog/run (whichever you are comfortable with), in spite of not feeling up to it. Finally! Friday!
Kind of burnt out from doing something after work every night this week: Monday - gym, Tuesday - co-op meeting then trivia, Wednesday - gym, Thursday - band rehearsal, Friday - gym then dinner with the husband to celebrate our 11 year 11 month wedding anniversary.
Saturday will be equally frantic because I'm trying to squeeze in a hair appointment, making a gallery map for the opening reception at the gallery later that night, then a show with my band after the gallery closes. Dang! Can I hire someone to sleep for me?
