Over the autumn months, I've been keeping steady with my weight - and it is so frustrating.. I had two awesome trips, Christmas and cold weather kept me from motivation to lose. I had a walking group set up over lunch but it ended up being a stroll and not hitting any kinda burn so I had to excuse myself. My overall goal is 60 lbs and I lost 30 lbs last year. Once summer hit, 10 lbs came back! I'm struggling with this 10 lbs - I lose 5 lbs then I gain 2 back. Its time to leave, Extra Weight... Get Lost!
