I can't believe it. Work is insane. I'm not just getting buyers who want to spend in the $100,000's. I'm getting buyers who are going into the $400,000 price range. My average right now is in the $200,000 range. These are actually people who have gotten pre-approved and are ready to go.
I just don't have enough time in the week so I have prioritized them. Priority 1..pre-approved ready to go with no home sale contingency and no money to leadrouter. Priority 2 same as one,but with lead router getting a take. Priority 3. Those that have home sale contingencies and their homes are listed so they can at least make an offer. Priority 4. Those who have home sale contingencies, but have not yet listed their homes.
I am juggling people like crazy, but I have decided that I have to set some guidelines. I get people who call and say that they want me to set up showings the same evening. I have another couple that calls me until 11 or 11:30 at night. They also changed lenders without telling me. Well, that doesn't help because I have to send all the paperwork to the lender. I am hoping that all will go well with the home inspection on Thursday because then I basically have nothing to do until the final walk thru. However, when I ask buyers for information, they never return my calls or e-mails.
I am definitely going to stop answering the phone at all hours. I think to myself that none of us would expect our doctors to answer their phones that late or to drop everything and see us that day, why should realtors be treated any differently?
Today, I didn't get my exercise in as I was working this morning and had to go get my hair dyed. DH would not let me out of the dye job. By the time I got home, got some searches done and filled out some stuff for my son, I had to go show houses.
If all of these people get to closing, I will be one seriously happy camper :)
