I just peeled an apple,cored it and stuck it in microwave for 2 min's, sliced it, and put a little cinnamon on top....UMMMMMM GOOD.

I was asked to be a Co-Leader on the "SP Class of August 8-14, 2010", and have decided to accept the position.
Anytime I can be of any help to anyone, please feel free to ask. I will be here to support and help all the team members, as much as I can. If you are anything like me, the holiday weekends are the weekends that are a lot easier to lose track of your goals, and to lose track of eating healthy and maintaining a healthy calorie count.. A lot of family get togethers,picnics, bar-b-q's, and an all around atmosphere to over indulge.
I myself, will try to maintain a good healthy eating habit, BUT, if I do stray off the path, it's not the end of the world. We all have our lapses. The important thing is to get back on the wagon, and take back control, and fix what we have done.
A little more exercise for a day or two, will probably have us right back where we were. Just make a concerted effort to get back to your usual Sparkpeople lifestyle.
Bottom line-Enjoy the weekend. Have fun. We will all get through this, and continue our journey to a new and healthy you.

Well, here we are and it is the 1st and the start of a new month.
I believe that it is a good time to re-evaluate our past,our present, and our future. Take a look at not only all of the good things,but also some of the bad. See where we succeeded and where we came up short.
I always say, each and every step forward, is a step closer to our goals. Yes, sometimes they are only small steps, but all steps add up, no matter how small or large.
Lets make it a priority for Sept., to keep making those steps, to get us all closer to our goals. If I can help in any way, please feel free to ask.
