I am always looking for a new workout, I get bored easily doing the same workouts all the time. About 2 weeks ago I was browsing through Barnes and Noble and I came across a Jackie Warner book, 10 pounds in 10 Days, it was $5.98. So I picked it up, I am a sucker for clearance books too.
This book lays out the workouts and gives you a list of Fruits and Vegetables and what they are good for, just what I needed. So far, I am liking this book. But of course I got sick and only completed the first 3 days. Feeling better now so I will get back on it tomorrow. taking one more extra day just to play it safe.
So my workout plan will be the following: Warm up and Cool down (every session)
Cardio Acceleration = 100 rotations of jump rope (let's see how long I can go)
Day 1: Chest, Biceps, Abs, and Cardio Acceleration
Day 2: Shoulders, legs, Abs, and Cardio Acceleration
Day 3: Back, Triceps, Abs and Cardio
Day 4; High-Intensity Interval Cardio
Day 5: Full Body-Circuit
Day 6: Chest, Biceps, Abs, and Cardio Acceleration
Day 7: Shoulders, Legs, Abs, and Cardio Acceleration
Day 8: Back, Triceps, Abs, and Cardio Acceleration
Day 9: High Intensity Interval Cardio
Day 10: Full Body Circuit
This repeats for 3 Phases and the reps increase in the 3rd Phase.
