I hate this weather!

I was lying bed this morning and I could here birds sing outside, then I got up went to the kitchen and what do I see out my window but a raging snow storm...GESH!! I thought this was April nearly May but I guess mother nature forgot to set her clocks up this year don't she know to spring forward. Heel is still killing me so I guess its a chair workout again today. Was down another pound today lap band fill this last week seems to be right this time that makes 12 pound in a week. I would imagine it will slow down some I can't see a loss like that every week but it would be really nice, well out to get my day going.

    I'm like you - I think they may have left "Spring" off our local calendar this year! Oh well. Imagine how much we'll appreciate it when the snow STOPS and we begin having warm days with flowers!

Well I sure did it this time the back of my heel is in major pain, I have it wrapped with a salonpas patch and it's still killing after yesterdays treadmill I when shopping for 2 hours all that time on my foot did me in, now I wonder how long I'll be down with this. Sure is going to put a crimp in my fitness routine I guess I'll have to focus on the upper body for a while which I need to work on my arms and shoulders anyways but, I like an all over workout best. The weather here today is blah rainy looking totally hate days like this, wish it would just rain and not just be gloomy. Well I'm off to lift my cans of peaches and water

    I say, go to the doc. YOu might have a bone bruise. I had one once, very painful. A friend of mine just had one.

Up at 5:30am made breakfast for hubby, father in law and my self fixed banana puff pancakes (76cal per muffin cake) in my muffin tin with bacon and a bird nest scramble. Then did some web surfing and logging on my trackers, then it was off to the treadmill did 15 min at 15% incline at 2 mph. if my heel hadn't started killing me I think I could of did more but, I could hardly take another step so other than injuring it further I quit. Now it's time to think about what to fix for lunch and dinner so I can chill out for a while.

Well it's been a while since I blogged in December I had lap band it has been and up hill battle I tried here at Sparks did good but the weight loss always stopped and then I'd pack the pounds back on again so I decided to have the surgery. I have had some trouble with getting it filled just right to help me with my weight loss but I think they finally got it so it's a great tool to help me with my weight loss. I'm finally seeing the numbers fall.

Well got up this morning without a headache for once in 3 days had a pancake w/ honey, a tangrine and some almonds. Now Iím going to get dressed and work out with my Wii for a bit. I have to run into town later and go to the store running out of everything around here. Then this evening Iím going to watch the Biggest Losser. WooHoo! moment I was down 2 more pounds this morning to start as a member of Team 300+ BL challenge that is starting today going until end of May. So I hope that keeps me moving this next 6 weeks

    Isn't it great when you get up without a headache! I get them too and everything seems harder with them. Sounds like you are busy. Keep up the good work.
