I went for a walk with my dog Poppy this afternoon. It really was a great chance to think without the madness of an 19 month old.
From my reading on this site I knew I should set specific goals as I had only come up the general weight loss one. 50 lbs is very intimidating and well makes my heart plummet to my boots!
So to get around that I've decided to break it done into 7 steps... My ultimate goal is to have a healthy BMI, as I am currently obese. So seven steps to lose 7 lbs each ( or half a stone). My first one is to lose 7 lbs bu Valentines day
