Finally got the nerve up to try a Body Pump class at the gym and have to say while it kicks my butt and I'm sore as can be afterwards, it's an awesome kind of sore. I love the class! My goal is to go to this class at least 3 times a week and fit in cardio 3 times a week as well. Any day I cannot make it to the class, I can do at home as I've purchased some weights and medicine ball to help me out a little.
