Today is Monday, a new day, a new week, a new beginning. I'm looking forward to a change in my routine. I decided not to risk my goal and continue with the tracker until I lose these 8lbs. I am also going to add an extra weight training day. Cardio is harder b/c I'd have to go out to do it. However, the design of the program is aroebic so I should be good. :-)
I'm excited about the week. I have a feeling it's going to be great!
