That Was A Push!! Phew!

Today i woke up feeling happy and full of energy and as tomorrow is my free day (day off from everything lol) I wanted to leave this week with a bang...So I did along with program #4...it was i feel like I earned my day off tomorrow for sure!! My eating is going good as well and come Sunday I will start to carb cycle or for sure calorie cycle...need to look inot this more

But I must say sparks is something i need...it helps me stay the course!!

Ps...Yesterdays workout made me good and sore!!!

    Still haven't gotten myself any DVDs to try. I need to change up my cardio days, so, I need to look into some DVDs. Since I don't have running any more, I need to find another way to get my high in!!

I have been gone from sparks for awhile...fell off the wagon...I had gotten depression and my family was having problems...my daughter was not being herself, my mom got a mini stroke and my baby tooth fell out (it might cost me 10 000 to get it fixed...good grief!) but anyways I fell into heavy depression didn't want to workout or even eat right...started feeling not myself ...my cloths are fitting tighter and my stomach is getting jiggly...not tight and toned ..so just this Sunday I had ENOUGH! So I started to workout again my eating was still bad until yesterday when my granddaughter who is five touched my stomach out of the blue and said..."Nana your have a big tummy"! Good grief so today I have been eating great!! So far so good!

Got in a fantastic workout...Jari Loves Get Ripped 1000 I almost didn't get in a workout today! I didn't think I had to babysit today but my daughter went into the city today and needed me to babysit yet again...but I had a snack at 4:30 p.m. then right at 5 when she got home I did my workout!! YES I did it!.! so yep eating good and exercising once again!

    I can relate on the "it's always something!" Sometimes, you just have to do it, even when you don't want to because it's the only way you can have time for yourself.

    Glad to see that you're back at it. I, too, fell off the wagon, however, I"m back on it again. This is my 2nd week and I'm feeling good. Lost 3 lbs last week, so hoping to follow it again this week. Not doing carb cycling right now. Needed to change it up. Hope everyone is feeling well in your household!

    it seems like your getting some exercise by going soooo many directions...lol

Just remember you don't have to get your 45- 60 minute of exercise to stay in shape (I'm guessing). If your pressed for time just do a quick 10 minute exercise before you leave home (it like you brush your hair, teeth, put clothes on, 10 minute exercise, ect)
