Where can I get paid for losing weight?!

Everyone on Biggest Loser Weighs Less than us. My girlfriend was devastated tonight! We both need to lose more than 100 pounds. I’ve been heavy all my life. I grew up with so much hardness, drama, pain, that I found a lot of comfort in warm delicious food. –Enchiladas, tacos, tamales, ribs, carne asada, I left home, and the drama, in my early twenties and started to repair all the issues that resulted from living that hard life. Not eating right, binging, is one of the last things I have to work on. So here I am, 37, trying to be the biggest loser. “Getting paid cash” for losing weight would be the greatest motivation, but boring old “health” will have to be my motivation for now.

    Girl don't forget about all the clothes that are on sale all the time that are in small sizes. Can you imagine not having to squeeze into something and just being able to pick up your size without going into the fitting room. There are plenty of things that money can't buy that will be well worth your while.

  Why don't you set up small rewards for yourself. Like when I lose _____ lbs I will buy myself new sneaker or something. That way you are getting rewarded. Good luck on your journey.

Not Eating At Night Sucks! I want something SWEET!

This is gonna be my complain blog for the next few weeks because I am just starting this eating healthy thing. I am already missing some of my favorite foods and not after 8pm is torture for me.!

  HOLA CHICA! I JUST READ YOUR BLOGS AND LOVED YOUR STYLE! I DON'T EAT AFTER 3. IT'S A CHALLENGE. I DO DRINK WATER & HOT TEA. BUT I HAVE A BUNCH OF THINGS TO DO THAT AREN'T FOOD RELATED. I USED TO SNACK AND WATCH TV. THE SPARKS GAMES, MY PSP, CROTCHETING, SURFING THE NET, SPARKPEOPLE OF COURSE, READING, WORKOUT WITH DVDS, DOING MY NAILS, TEXTING FRIENDS. IF YOU STAY BUSY, KEEP DRINKING WATER IT HELPS. BUT I HAVE FOUND A BIG PART OF IT IS LEARNING TO GO TO BED WITH AN EMPTY STOMACH.

    Try Fiber One Oat & Chocolate Chewy Bars, they take the edge off the sugar monkey that roams in the night hours.

    I was like you initially but I learned not to cut anything from my "new eating habits", only to modify and have small portions..for example, I love ice cream so now I buy Skinny Cow...tastes just as good with about 100 calories (depending on which one you get)...same thing for cookies, chips, etc..they have 100 calorie packs of everything these days to help you get over the "snack" monster :~)

If you must cut something from your diet, then do it slowly..start by cutting your portion sizes until you feel like you can do without it...your body will fight you on this but eventually will adapt to the newer healthier eating!!

    pepermint tea is a good substitute.
Keep it up - not after 8 is a life long healthy habit and your body will fight you for up to 2 weeks and then it will submit.

    I feel the same, like, right NOW! I drank a big glass of water and although it is not the 2 pieces of fudge I really want, I know the water is what is going to get me to my goal weight. Be strong! you can do this!!
