Yay me! emoticon Gym two days in a row. Didn't walk as long (far) as usual, though. Didn't sleep well last night and am very tired. Got a bit dizzy on the treadmil, so I thought I'd better stop. Gonna take a nap.... emoticon Hopefully, Hubby will want to go to the gym tonight and I'll get another workout in for today.... fingers crossed... emoticon

fit-er, healthier & happier!!
Went golfing emoticon today for the first time since August! I'm hoping to make it a weekly ritual and plan to start walking the courses that allow walking. No more golf carts unless they are mandatory! I got over 10K steps using a golf cart today, so I am imagining how manymore steps there will be if I walk!!! emoticon

Went to the gym with my Hubby... emoticon
Walked 2 miles on the treadmill (40 minutes @ 3 mph). emoticon Had to stop cuz I got too hot & got a bloody nose! emoticon oh well.... more tomorrow!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I'm doing it!!! emoticon YAY Me!! emoticon 2.5 miles on the treadmill today (3 mph for 50 minutes). emoticon AND.... Lindssay & I are going to the Intro to Zumba class this afternoon!! emoticon I finally have a workout buddy!! and we're gettin fit!!! emoticon

What's with "firsts of the months"? It's becoming a habit - a BAD habit! Just cuz it's a new month shouldn't mean that we can just start with a clean slate! emoticon Shame on me... emoticon Okay, since I'm now confessing to this bad habit, it's time to BREAK it!
I went to the gym today & walked 1.5 miles on the treadmill. Wanted to do 2 miles, but got a cramp in my left calf... grrrr emoticon
I'm just glad I went! I also weighed in and hit my 20% to goal mark!! emoticon Very happy about that!
so, my plan is to get back in the gym on Monday....
