Ok Sparkpeople, this past month I was in focus mode, I focused on getting myself back to the gym and burning at a min 3000 calories a week. I usually exceeded that goal. While I have only lost 3.5 pounds since beginning of January. I am now moving to Refocused mode. What is refocused mode, it is where I will not refocus my energy on something else, while still maintaing my focused mode of going to the gym. I am now going to refocus my energy to my eating habits. It's not that I over eat, my biggest problem is not eating. I know to reach my goal, I must also eat more often and at same time eat correctly. So Sparkpeople, here I come. Refocused mode, baby because it is going down. Lets get it Sparkpeople!
