Ok I am back for real this time! I missed yall!

Yes I had lost a total of 21 lbs, however I gained 3 lbs. So I have lost a total of 18 lbs. Which means I need to lose 13 lbs. I am ready to get on my grind and do what I have to do. Went for a run yesterday for the first time since like July. I am going back to the gym today. As well as get back to drinking only water (so I am going to pure out the rest of my diet Mt Dew) and eating the correct foods. Lets Get It! Go Hard or Go Home!

Ok people I am back. I have been gone for about 2months. But the good thing is I didnt gain weight. I stayed focused with me eating and I lost 17pounds since April. I eat a fruit, protein, and veg. I was only drinking water. I cant believe it I actually only drank water and a couple times drank green tea with no sugar. I am back in the gym. With a renew energy. emoticon I will add pictures at a later date to compare.

Today that saying smacked me in my face. I didnt go to the gym yesterday during lunch, I was tired from not getting any sleep due to the power outage. So I said to myself, "self dont worry about it, just go tomorrow during lunch and after work" Well was I ever so wrong, I am at work it is 4:15p and I have not had a chance to go to lunch and now I have something to do after work. Now instead of being behind on one workout I am behind on two. So moral to the story: Dont Put Off Today, for Tomorrow. Just get it done the same day!!! emoticon

ReFocused Mode

Ok Sparkpeople, this past month I was in focus mode, I focused on getting myself back to the gym and burning at a min 3000 calories a week. I usually exceeded that goal. While I have only lost 3.5 pounds since beginning of January. I am now moving to Refocused mode. What is refocused mode, it is where I will not refocus my energy on something else, while still maintaing my focused mode of going to the gym. I am now going to refocus my energy to my eating habits. It's not that I over eat, my biggest problem is not eating. I know to reach my goal, I must also eat more often and at same time eat correctly. So Sparkpeople, here I come. Refocused mode, baby because it is going down. Lets get it Sparkpeople! emoticon

Focus, Refocus, and Stay focused Challenge.

Ok during the month of December I fell off, due to the winter blues. I hate the winter, but then I realized I hate the extra weight even more. So I pulled myself out of my office and went to the gym yesterday 1/3/11, burned 870 calories. I joined the bootcamp challenge. I am not feeling well today , but I must focus and I WILL be at the gym today for lunch and start my bootcamp video. Who is willing to join the focus, refocus, and stay focused challenge. emoticon

    Way to go pulling yourself out of those blues, need you to be able to brush those off like I am sure you have to brush haters and the debbie doubters off everyday. I do a boot camp class at my gym and it KICKS my BUTT!!! Way to go taking on the challenge here! I know you will kick tail and see those flat abs in no time!
