First Weekend.....Friday, February 11, 2011Heading into my first weekend since back on Spark. Tonight I'm going out to PF Changs with the family but I already printed the nutritional info and have a game plan. Tomorrow and Sunday are swim meet days which is tough, lots of sitting. I'm packing my lunch and a healthy snack both days and will go to the gym first thing in the AM. Here's to a good weigh in on Monday Morning! ![]()

Today is the 3rd day being back on Spark. I'm not going to lie, day #3 is always a big turning point for me. I am so hungry the first 3 days and then miraculously on day #4 it gets a little easier. That being said, and having given up on day #3 many times before, I am hopeful that as I near the end of the day I will make it through to day#4.

you have no choice ....cause you have spark spies spying on every spark decision you make!!! and cheering you all along the way!!! day 3 and 4-180 will work out...because this is a long journey bound to have a slip up or two..but consistency is not perfection....and my guess is you are like me and ready to use ALL you have learned these many years....
