inally lost those two pounds and two more. I was thinking it would never happen, but here I go. the sun is shinning and they say it will be a fairly warm day, in the 30's and I don't mind being in the house all day.... Hubby on the road and far away........so he won't be back too early. I think I will do my dishes then recipe hunt for all the low carb recipes I don't have...

Hubby in and out, daughter didn't call till late, so I was home most of the day. Hubby and I met them for dinner, then went to the mall and got my hair cut, I love it.

I just found out my daughter may not have arthritis or fibromyalgia. Her rheumatogist thinks it may be vitamin deficiencies. She also has to give up sweets and bread it may be the yeast in bread also. Should be interesting to find out.

I'm tired and off to bed, see ya all tomorrow.

First of all, love the picture! Made me smile! As for your daughter - I hope they can find the cause quickly. As a parent I sometimes think the angst we go through is worse than anything. It is unbearable when we don't have the answers. Good luck with your continued pursuit and keep us posted! I look forward to my monthly haircuts. It always makes you feel better. When he cuts and styles my hair, sometimes I am just going home for the rest of the evening and I am tempted to say, "just leave it wet - I'm not doing anything tonight." Sounds like maybe she's got Celiacs or Crohns? That can certainly be taken care of. If she's allergic to wheat gluton, it's a pain to decipher through. SO many things have hidden gluten in them, but Nature Thyme is an EXCELLENT resource if you live near Erie Blvd. Wait and see, then I highly recommend either Nature Thyme in Syracuse of the Nature store in Ithaca if vitamin deficiencies what she has. Not sure what time my daughter is coming tomorrow, so just in case I wanted to blog now. Spending most of the day with her and going shopping, don't know why, I get paid tomorrow and I will be broke as soon as I am. Did you ever feel like you can't get one foot in front of the other. I am there and I don't like it. Started paying my son to help me one day aweek, better be woth the money. But he needs it more than I do at this time. Well, I'm off to bed and am trying to get more sleep tonight.

After three long days with hubby home, I finally have a day for me. I love when I am here alone. I'm finally through carb detox, and adding a few carbs today. I am spending Thursday with my daughter and can't wait, I miss her a lot. So I also have something to look forward to. It's a good day.
