Not feeling so good today...so taking a day to rest and get better. Been eating a lot of things I shouldn't and I will try to do better tomorrow. I know I can, I know I can........................ emoticon

    Make sure that you feel health before trying to become even more healthy. Look at eating the wrong foods as a speed bump, not a roadblock. Good luck getting back at it.

Wow its Saturday

Got through the Halloween thing and only had a few peanut M & M's and a very small piece of cake. Went for a ride to see the decorations and the kids and then to dinner at Dennys.

All my stitches out and man is it feeling good. The pain is minimul now and I love it that way.

    Glad you're doing so much better! And I think that's quite a feat, making it thru Halloween with only indulging in so few treats, that's awesome. Only thing that saves me is that we never have trick or treaters where we live, 'cause the houses are spread so far apart so the kids always go in town instead. If it weren't for that, I know for a fact I could never do as well as you did! Hope you just keep feeling better and better!

of getting weighed. Should I or shouldn't I. I have been not eating too good till today, but finally back on track, I think its the pain, but eating doesn't help that either. Made home made veg. soup and will eat that for a few days. See the doctor tomorrow and will see what he says. Man am I not looking forward to a weigh in. emoticon

    Sometimes when we're afraid we tend to make things bigger then they are. I always do. Just take a deep breath and leave it up to God, the universe, or whatever you believe in. PS love your cat pictures too.

Will it never go away. I gave up the Vicadin, don't wanna get hooked on it so I am only taking when I go out of the house for doctor visits. I don't like the looks of where the stitches are, hope its not infected......keep your fingers and toes crossed.

Hubby home today and we have been on the go all day. I haven't been on line till after 9:30 and so tired, I guess I will catch up tomorrow.
