Look out world, here I come.



I was able to go out and bring my garbage container up from it being emptied, that felt good and even took Cleo out to see it.....she seemed to like it ok, but when she started to meow, a very pathetic meow, I brought her in.

Will post a pic later or tomorrow. It is one very beautiful ramp and so needed.

I have one wish for all my friends here, to have a healthy and safe Easter. Enjoy your loved ones and I think its ok to eat one piece of chocolate....I bought sugar free...LOL

Wow, I think I am finally getting used to being here alone, seems to be getting easier, even Cleo seems better.

Didn't feel well yesterday, sever pains in the left side of my lower back, that was awful, but better today except for a headache.

I am going to ok, I see that now and I will move forward, small steps, but steps.

Hope to get out this weekend and check for buds on the trees,. so pretty when they come out.

Not sure what we are doing for Easter, looks like my son and the kids won't come to DD house so what do I do. Going to their place is hard on me with all the steps up to it.

So I guess I will be here most of the weekend, and I will be ok. I can do this, I know it's the first holiday alone, but I have to get used to them being that way.

My ramp will be finished tomorrow, and either tomorrow or Thursday, going shopping with my DD for Easter surprises for the grandson's and cards for the DD/ DS.

Had a lazy day....cleaned a little, did some laundry, paid a bill on line, and called one of Modular Home places and will meet with her on Sat. to look at plans. I hope I can afford two of them then I will be near one of the kids. My DD wants me near her, but hey I will have my own van and ramp and be able to go to her whenever mom is needed. Will keep a packed bag in the van in case I'm needed over night.

Did up my pills for the day and called in for 8 refills. That will cost a pretty penny on Sat.

So I am having less time alone, and loving it and will be outside more when the weather lets me.

They started my ramp today and it almost half way built,, I loved that they kept me a part of it, having me check it out now and then. Will be back tomorrow or Wednesday. Putting new locks on the door too.

Had company today too, my son and two of the grandson's, we had time together and had lunch too and I had gotten special plates and napkins and glasses, and the boys thought we were having a party....in a way we were.

Got a bit of cleaning done, changed litter and moved it to a place that was easier for me to keep it clean...now Cleo has to find it....even tho I put her in it three times all ready...silly cat.

The snow was a surprise and it came down hard, so they shut down the building of it and headed home.

I'm thinking of buying a double wide modular home, if anyone has any advice let me know. I want to get one in the same park for my son and his family. But first it will be my van....I am overwhelmed knowing I will have some independence and if I need something I won't have to wait for someone to take me.
