A very good day...so far

Hubby home again, so we are going to our daughters for dinner and then she and myself going to a Mary Kay Party, lots of chances to use some new makeup and maybe order a few things...

Got my house back in order, and even grabbed a shower, now this is a big deal for me, we had problems with the shower, so I have been taking a bath in a basin, not as good. So this thrilled me, and it seems the problem took care of itself,, about time something here decided to work.

I just had the roughest 5 days. Hubby took them off and he is driving me crazy. Out of 5 nice days. I got out 2 of them, then one was just to get groceries. We got home today late, and so we ordered in. Then the phone rang, daughter wants me up there tomorrow to go to that Mary Kay party, I'm gonna try to get there, but I am leaving behind a sink full of dishes but they will still be there when I get home...so I hope hubby will drop me off tomorrow. I will take my laptop and hopefully DD and I can finally set up a website for me to use to place my jewelry to be seen. We will be making dinner together and I will help her with a little cleaning, I may even stay overnight. Maybe I will even get a little rest...maybe.

I put up my little pink tree today and lit it up....I call it my Thanksgiving tree....LOL Hubby hates having Christmas stuff up too early...so I call it Thanksgiving.....

Back is much better, I knew it would just take a day of rest. I am not gonna do that room without help. Got dinner ready, and even made dessert early and now I can watch the food network and see if there is any Thanksgiving shows.

The sun is shining, and yep, I'm inside... he is working outside, since Thursday and that is more important, to him anyway. If he did a little each week it wouildn't build up like it has.

So I am gonna just make the best of with my time in here and do some easy cleaning...dishes are done, so not much else to do....

Been MIA for a few days....

Been fighting severe back pain, and just been taking it easy till yesterday, got in my son's old room and started to clean it. Well, 6 full garbage bags later, I hurt so bad, so took a hot shower and my pills and felt ok to go to dinner. Took some things to the son, pants he forgot were here, I washed them for him, and a lot of old movies and games he taped. There is still over half of the room to do, yep it was a mess. Three bags of empty cans and pop bottles. Took it easy today, hubby home yesterday and today...did some much needed yard work. Well, I made him brownies and dinner and I'll bet he is asleep by now in his chair...LOL

I also got weighed yesterday and was up....12 pounds....tho I think some it was water weight, been retaining a bit lately...so keeping my feet up today.

I will work on this and have them off as soon as I can...I willlll do it.

I know you want to do all the clearing and sorting but please dont do so much in one go. If you hurt yourself too much you wont be able to get around at all. Dont worry about the weight. Just try to contol yourself a bit so it does not get worse. Then when you feel better you will start to lose again. Report Inappropriate Comment

Just another Tuesday....

Up early, had my coffee and watched a little tv. Then while watching an old Sci Fi movie, I had lunch, and then (I guess I had to much lunch) I lost it. Now resting the tummy and will try to eat something soon, and pray it stays down. So just another Tuesday...Mary Kay party was canceled and so I am going to finish some cleaning and then make dinner....pork chops tonight.

Hope you all have a more exciting day than I am, but I sort of like these days....
