even Cleo was tired. Tho she slept all day...LOL
Having a hectic time here,, water softener, which I don't think we need, is broken...the roof is leaking and we have had several people in to give estimates, only to have the last guy say the water softener could be bad for us, so much salt going into everything. I can't drink the water here...unless in coffee or tea, but lately we are using bottled water for drinking and cooking. Went shopping again, had lunch out and sat by the lake and took pictures o9f the geese there...so cute. Came home only to find out the craft show for Saturday is cancelled, and I really was sort of glad. I'm hoping to plan a surprise party for hubby...hopefully. He thinks the kids forgot him, but they called and we weren't home.
Lots of leaves out there and even tho it rained now and then, it was also sunny.
I'm oiff to bed now...see ya all tomorrow...

Got out today and went to the Golf course with hubby, I drive the cart, he tries to drive the ball...LOL.
Had a good time, then did a bit of grocery shopping at the Amish market then the super market. Had dinner at Quizznos I love their little bullets, I finally can eat a whole one.
Now home and a bit tired, so not staying on here for long, going to rest and enjoy the quiet.

No, this isn't his real face, but he likes to look like Walter....doesn't just look like him...LOL
Today is his birthday, he is turning 60 today and I told him we would do anything he wants to do, and I am taking him to dinner tonight...probably buy him a cake and yes, I am going to have a small piece..but I will eat a very low carb dinner.
Had a good day yesterday, went to Montezuma refuge and took pics of the geese,, yes I was in geese heaven again. Went by the farm that has calves near the road in their fenced in area and we stopped and I took pics of them. Rode around Lake Ontario started at Fair Haven state park and took pics of the white swans there, so beautiful and so serene. The lake was very choppy, the wrath of Lake Ontario.
On to Sodus Point and took more pics and had a great ride, and on the way there we stopped at the small Heluva Good cheese stand and got some great Muenster cheese, hubby's favorite.
Got home in time to order Pizza and watched some tv while eating.
It was a good day and I was so glad we didn't argue. I want more of those days.... 
So I am off to finish getting ready and will be back tonight.

Went to Montezuma today to see if there were any Geese at the nature center. There were a lot of them and honking so loud, yep, I was in Goose heaven again. Also saw this heron,, but could't get my camera up to take the pic before he flew away...so here is one from another time there.
Hubby had a rental for the weekend, and we went to get Val a cake and a card and she loves books so we got her 2($25) cards so she could pick out what she wanted. Then went to her house and had dinner with them, we ordered from a great restaurant and picked it up and it was awesome, I had a small side caesar salad and it was good, daughter had a dish with shrimp and scallops in it and she gave me several pieces of them, so goood, and yes, I had a small piece of cake with her, it was good too. We watched two movies with them, Ironman 2 and the new Resident Evil and I loved them both. So when hubby wasn't complaining, his usual self, it was a good day...so I guess it was the bad with the good....LOL
Saw lots of colored leaves and horses with blankets on them...I guess they were cold too.
