Having computer problems. But I will keep trying...so glad I was able to get in for a few minutes. Just got word from DD that her best friend is in labor, she is a month early, so any prayers you can send would be so appreciated. I have boxes and things all over the room so I better finish packing for next week. Can't believe it's coming so fast, but I do love working at the fairs.



PS: I was able to get on again...not sure for how long, but packing done, and now I can make a few new pieces to add at the last minute. Almost sold out of Anklets last weekend.
Both my kids were 7 weeks early and did just fine, but my DD was worried, you would think she was her daughter or little sister...so cute. When the time comes her husband is taking her out to Ohio to spend some time with them.

A month early is really a minor problem anymore, and a lot depends on how she was doing during the pregnancy and how well the baby developed. Both of mine were 2 weeks early but they weighed over 7 pounds so that is what is really important, the last 4 to 6 weeks the baby is doing more growing, except boys whose lungs develop slower. Just had a lazy day....ate good things, played on puter, and rested. Guess the weekend caught up on me.

Tomorrow, back to work, and getting ready for next Tuesday. A week to prepare, I can do this.

I realize that this would not have been possible with out being here with my Spark People family. I wouldn't have lost so much weight, had the confidence to keep going, and the motivation everyone here has given me. Before SP I basically didn't know what I wanted at 60, then when my hobby was so well accepted here, it gave me the confidence to move forward, and at 61 to have a business to help others, and with the guides and aides here I was able to get myself back on track to lose the weight I had gained. I am now just 5 pounds from my goal to get back where I was. I tell everyone about SP and can't say enough as to how they can help. So, Thank You Spark People and all my wonderful friends who were there for me in the good times and bad.

I will now continue my journey to lose the next 100 pounds and be a real LOSER!

My canopy and tables, me too...



2 of the 4 young ladies I made friends with,. they took good care of me, and thought I was so kind.....

Next morning, cook making breakfast, pancakes, sausage and coffee, I was good and only had coffee.

So this was my first overnight relay, and it was awesome.
The only bad part was the porta potties were so far away.

When I did my Relay for life we were at our local stadium. However even though the restrooms were close they ran out of paper around midnight. I left at 1:00 so I don't know what the other ladies did to keep clean. Hurray for you walking and sticking with it all night. I know I couldn't do it but maybe next year. I stayed up all night, didn't eat the bad things, took my own, and had a great time, sold lots of jewelry, and meet many great people. I was up for just under 22 hours, and got home, and was asleep by 8am, and slept till almost two, feeling great and so proud that I did it. I sold enough to donate $60 to the cause and that was the best part. NO, the best part is it didn't rain....woo hoo....

Having a day off with hubby, not sure we are even leaving the house, so I am watching the Food network and two of my favorite people are on Next Food Network star, Bobby Flay and Paula Dean. Love em both.

Have a great weekend all my friends, and I owe this all to you, with your well wishes and support, I did it.
