It has been a slightly crazy weekend. Wasn't feeling well, my son graduated, WOOT!!! Dealt a little with finances, garage sale, roommates which right now are unpleasant things. However on a brighter note I did receive confirmation that an old loan is not rehabilitated and I am no longer delinquent so that rocks plus while doing some cleaning I came across my journal from our first Biggest Loser competion here at work and in a year here are some differences:

weight: 256.60 roughly the same
chest: 46" holding steady
waist: 46" 41"
hips: 50" 46"
What the scale denies the body reveals. These measurements hold true be it I myself doing them or a professional fitter which is awesome. I am super proud of me and the work I have done to change my physical being as it has made me healthier in so many ways.
Ditch the scale my friends and love your clothes/tape measure and how you feel as those really are the true measure of fitness and health. There are some thin folks out there who cannot run the 5k or have more internal organ fat than you do because they dont really exercise to stay or be healthy we I do, you do and so many of us here do.
