A new day

Left for work today and the SUN was up and shining strong. Just a gorgeous morning and so I decided that despite conflict at home that I am going to just do the best I can and that does include putting me first.

I am going to finish helping w/prep for yard/garage sale

I am going to double up my work ups 3 times a week meaning weights and cardio in the evening or cardio in the morning and then weights in the evening. Kind of like circuit training so we'll see

I am going to spend more time working on my crafts including card making because having all those rubbers stamps is a waste if I don't use them. Plus my dearly departed former upline from Stampin' Up! would be disappointed in me.

Also going to work on the C25k training and get running. If I can running chasing the ball while playing catch I can run 5K.

Hey I am starting the C25K program too. Well sort of. I am not running a lot yet but I am still going to use it whenever I do run!!!

Rainy days

Don't like rainy days, very hard to want to do anything. Right now even worse with all the emotional turmoil at home around moving and leaving family/group home setting. Despite hard feelings I feel best thing for me is to move and be on own again as I feel I have lost a part of myself some where along the way in the last few years.

Still taking the supplement and exercising however think I'd be seeing greater results with more sleep and less stress - all the more reason to move.

Anyway it is on ward and up ward from here - and no that is not in reference to the scale. LOL

One week

It has been a week since I started taking the Lipo-6, personally not seeking or feeling any difference to mention. We shall see in a month if there was a bigger difference in waist/hip measurement, if nothing more than inch I have been averaging then will not spend any more money.

As for everything else sticking w/new routine of weight lifting m/w/f and cardio on t/th - we too shall see where this leads us.

A new week

A new week is upon us. What to do with this week. . .

My goals:
3 days of weight lifting - total body
5 days of cardio - minimum of an hour be it in the gym or little spurts
be in bed by 11pm at least 4 times this week
walk the dog at least 3 nights this week - which adds cardio being he likes to run
core 5 days this week

As for my diet well that is in the air due to finances but goal is to eat as healthily as possible with what the Lord provides.

It is Finally Friday, however it is gloomy and gray and just YUCK!! Hate rainy days, hoping weather clears as I am a sun lover and it will improve mood. Then again gloom/rain arent only things bugging me today, my damn headphones for my ipod died on my way into work this morning and it happens to be a cardio day. Oh was a long work out it will be!!!!!!

Anyway it is the beginning of the weekend and I am looking to attend an open house at a fitness center near me. The are offering 3 classes and am interested in, 2 of which are similar to classes I have taken at the Y. Now to find a friend/sucker, lol, to go with me as I just am not one up for trying new things alone.

Today is also 2nd day of two morning capsules and 1 afternoon capsule. So far I cannot say that I have more energy but focus seems to be better in most areas and water seems to be coming off, slowly but that is ok. No need to speed rush, now it all takes time. Have a feeling the greatest drop will start with 2 capsules twice a day but we shall see.
