The Scale is Lighter

I have lost 12 lbs so far and it is a great feeling. I hurt my back I believe because I am moving and my body is not used to it. so I have been doing Yoga (wii) and it is loosening up the muscles.
I am up to 8 minutes and this week I do 10 I went real slow because my spasm's was severe happy with my weight lost.
I also started taking airborne to build up my immune system. emoticon

  


Snow Snow and More Snow

Living in Pennsylvania we get our fair share of snow but this year it has snowed. It has caused our radiators to overfill which means a lot of house cleaning up the water and when we got it under control a lot of emptying the water but what that means is I was burning up calories. emoticon so I am not big on the flakes from the sky I love the decrease on the scale. The other goal I am happy about I am not eating like a bear in hibernation. I am mindful of what I am eating which feels good. emoticon

    We've broken some records in snow accumulation in Michigan this year too. Getting a some great workouts moving all that snow.

New Day New Way

Started exercising to help with my weight loss but what I discovered it helped my attitude.
I wake up wanting to start my day not wishing for another 10 minutes to snooze. Moved the wii
to my bedroom so I am not sharing with the grandchildren. Looked up my profile I have been gone from spark over 800 days. 2011 last time I did a jumping jack ate healthy tracked or did any of the tools I learned thru spark. I am glad to be back and this morning on wii Nicole put me thru the paces the wii does not lie my body feels the absence. I am glad to be here in this New Day and glad to be learning a New Way to incorporate spark in my life. emoticon

  


The Journey Continues Again

I have been a sparkie since 2011 emoticon so It should not have taken me to 2014 to realize spark is a way of life forever. Once I stopped tracking food and exercising it is hard to regroup and start over but I am not alone meeting other sparkies along the way this time who are coworkers and Good friends and I have to look at them every day just like I look at my spark page the next goal is to start exercising do not mind tracking my food but not a big fan of exercise but I learned food journal and
Exercise= lost weight so spark family slowly I am doing all the things I did to be on a streak and what I am learning this time no stopping. When I complete one goal there will be another waiting for me.

Missing in Action

I have been missing in action it happened after Irene I just never got back my zeal and I am trying to start doing all the things that cause wieght loss. 1. Drink plenty of Water 2. Drink less caffeine 3. Don ont eat after 9 pm 4. get 8 hours of sleep 5.Exercise at least 30 minutes
3 times a week 5. reduce BMI I am still dealing with hurricane irene and insurance comapnies but I lost 3 lbs my nutritionist also gave me some better nutritional tips to make better choices with. I feel better now that I can back to spark people I missed my spark family. so to all the sparkies I am Baack. emoticon emoticon
