We're leaving Wednesday for 10 days, which I didn't consider when I signed up for this jumpstart. I'm taking my laptop, so should be able to keep up, but we'll be spending a lot of time in the car. Will have to plan some computer and exercise time every day. Those 10 minute videos are going to be a godsend.
1) Did you get at least 7 hours of sleep last night?
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes a day 51 minutes total, included two jumpstart videos
3) Nothing to eat after 8 p.m.
Got some good rest, but I was way up on the scales this morning, just as I expected. Lesson: don't let yourself get so hungry that your judgment and will power wanes, and have things in your house for quick meals.
Plans changed. Husband has some more work to do on his last project, which we have to take care of tomorrow. He calls me his Executive Assistant and pays me well, so his jobs are something we do together, though he does the "field work" himself. It's the first time ever in our marriage we've had the same work goals, and it's a real luxury.
The challenge to fitness is that when we ARE working, things get pretty intense, and I sit too long and lean toward quick instead of healthy .
