1) Did you get at least 7 hours of sleep last night?
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes a day
3) Nothing to eat after 8 p.m.
Can't believe I didn't blog yesterday, since I finally spent 8 hours in bed. Unfortunately, my husband woke me up around 5 a.m. with his coughing, and I don't know how long it took me to go back to sleep.
The serendipity? A very vivid nice dream, where someone redecorated my house in a very beautiful creative way. We were just talking about how to get my husband to pay for the thousands of dollars extra she put in, when I started waking up. (smile) What was neat to me, of course... that the creative brain was my own!
I exercised about 40 minutes today, but only yoga yesterday.
