My first week was great until the weekend. I began to eat Jelly Bellies. I am grateful for the three days I was able to maintain a healthy life style. This week I have had 2 healthy meals a day and the third and snack are more to carbs, than protein or fat. I know I usually have to high expectations and go all out at the beginning of my projects. I hoping if I write all this out I will be able to ajust my thinking and remain steadfast in my journey to a healthier me.
