So, since I've started working out, eating right and taking vitamins I've had crazy loads of energy when I wake up. Usually I wait until between 4-7 p.m. before I workout. This morning I woke up wanting to work out before I eat. So on top of the awesome energy I've been having, now I'm wanting to jump straight out of bed and workout. I'm lovin' it!
