My plan for this week include runs on Monday, Wednesday & Friday. On Saturday and Sunday it is unlikely that I will get a run in, as we have Olympic tickets. We will need to leave approximately 4 hours (possibly more) before each event, so I might be able to get out for an early and short run, but if not we will be doing lots of walking and other family activities!
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I plan on strength training, Sunday I hope to get some yoga in.
Feb 15 - 4.8km Running, 2.7km Walking, Stretching
Feb 16 - 1.8km Walking, ST Upper body done, 30 min yoga
Feb 17 - 15km Run, 0.9km Walk, Stretching, 40min Skating
Feb 18 - 1.9km Walking
** No Strength Training -- was feeling very ill in the evening
Feb 19 - 8km Walking, 20min setting up tables and chairs at school
Feb 20 - 4.5km Walking, 75min moving tables, chairs and boxes taking down a scrapbooking CROP. My Strength Training/Cardio for the night!
Feb 21 -
UPDATE: I will not be running this weekend. We need to leave by 9:30 each morning, possibly earlier on Sunday so I'd have to be up and out for my run by 6AM if I were headed out... I don't do runs that early! Especially since I need to function for the rest of the day. I will spend the weekend with my family -- and we will be walking and taking transit, so although I'll miss my runs, I will enjoy my weekend.
UPDATE #2: Setting up & taking down from the scrapbooking CROP at our school was great exercise. We setup within 20min with the help 4 adults and various kids. Taking down took 3 of us over an hour to sort, clean, move chairs, boxes and tables. All done by 11PM!
